Shipping Information

We know it can be a little nerve-wracking to adopt art through the Internet. But when you purchase from us, know that we’ve achieved 100% user satisfaction for bronze shipping. No patron has ever received a piece damaged in transit, no patron ever returned a piece to us for any reason. We’ve been doing this for more than 20 years and we’re very proud of that.

Some pieces we’re able to pack in our studio, which we do very carefully, indeed. Laurel has an amazing amount of foam and packing peanuts around the place. For larger pieces, we work with professionals like Shipper’s Supply in Loveland, Colorado. They’ve crated and shipped huge pieces for us with never a problem.

Desk Buddies

Desk Buddy purchases, when in stock, will be shipped on the Friday following the placement of the order, if not sooner. Desk Buddy orders ship via USPS within the continental United States for $15 USD.

For $6 USD, you can choose to add an adult signature requirement to your Desk Buddy delivery. Desk Buddies ship USPS with the standard $50 in insurance per package. If you’d like additional insurance, contact me. In the event a piece is lost in delivery when the signature or additional insurance options have not been utilized, the maximum you can recover is $50 from USPS; I am unable to replace pieces or provide refunds for lost shipments.

Shipping charges to purchasers outside the continental U.S. will be determined on a case-by-case basis. We will always contact purchasers before placing shipping charges.

Limited-Edition Bronzes

For limited-edition bronzes we will make every effort to ship orders within 48 hours of full payment. Purchasers will be notified by email if a shipment will be significantly delayed.

All shipments of limited-edition pieces are, of course, insured.

Satisfaction Guaranteed

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not, for any reason, just contact us as soon as possible. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue up to and including replacing the piece or refunding the purchase price (less a restocking fee). Like we said before, we’ve never had a problem, but anything can happen.
